Connecting Our Students with Leading Art Schools
VCUarts, MICA, RISD, and SAIC Visit ViennArt Academy for Portfolio Reviews
Over the past month, ViennART Academy was honored to welcome representatives from Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts (VCUarts), Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), and Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), as well as the Admissions Director from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC). During their visits, our guests introduced their schools and academic programs, shared insights into their art and design curricula, and conducted individual portfolio reviews for our Portfolio Prep Program students.

These visits gave our students the valuable opportunity to receive individualized, in-depth portfolio reviews right here at our studio. By connecting directly with admissions professionals in a more personal setting, students could have meaningful conversations, receive focused feedback on their artwork, and learn more about each school's programs and expectations.

We are incredibly proud of the feedback our students received! Representatives from all four schools praised the quality of our students' work, recognizing their strong artistic skills, thoughtful ideas, and distinctive personal voices.

We are also excited to share that all of our high school seniors received Portfolio Approved recognition from both VCUarts and SAIC! This is an exciting milestone that reflects our students' hard work and dedication to developing their portfolios.

We are grateful to VCUarts, MICA, RISD, and SAIC for visiting our studio and sharing their expertise with our students. These visits reflect our commitment to building meaningful connections between our students and the colleges they aspire to attend.

Congratulations to all of our students on their hard work and accomplishments!
