We are happy to share wonderful news from our Middle School Art Competition Prep Program: one of our students, Amber Kuchma, has been selected as a winner of the 2026 KidWind Solar Energy Art Challenge.

This national competition invites K–12 students to create artwork inspired by renewable energy. Through this year’s theme, “Solar Powered,” students explored both creativity and their understanding of solar energy concepts.
Amber’s work stood out among submissions from across the country. Her piece reflects not only strong artistic skills but also a thoughtful and creative approach to connecting art with real-world ideas.
As part of this recognition, her artwork will be displayed in Madison from May 17th to 20th. The winners’ work will also be posted on the KidWind Energy Art Challenge webpage by May 1st.
We are very proud of Amber and the effort she has put into her work. It is always meaningful to see our students grow and express their ideas with confidence and creativity.
Please join us in congratulating Amber on this wonderful accomplishment!
